A meaningful system is never built in isolation. It grows through real experience, concrete questions and people who recognize early what will truly matter later.
FIRST CIRCLE connects early members with the development of GLOW ACCESS. Members receive selected insights into the evolution of the system and gain an early understanding of which decisions lie ahead, what already works and what is still being built.
Members may voluntarily contribute their own perspectives, wishes and real use cases. Confidential information is never used automatically for product development.
Once the beta phase begins, members receive permanent access to the future-defined level. There is no monthly subscription for this access.

Access begins with the beta phase. Early access applies permanently to the GLOW ACCESS level as defined at that time.
No monthly subscription will later be charged for this defined access. The scope and features will be specified transparently during development.
Technical use may involve ongoing infrastructure costs. These are not presented as an already defined part of the service.

You can voluntarily contribute requests, use cases and business constraints. Confidential information is not used automatically.
Where specific information is to be processed, this is done transparently, for a defined purpose and on an appropriate basis.
Development phase
Early admission ends when beta capacity is reached.
There is no countdown and no invented number of available places. Once the capacity defined for the beta has been reached, admission in this early lifetime form will close.

Transparency & information
GLOW ACCESS is currently in the prototype, alpha and early development phase. By joining the First Circle, you secure privileged early-access and supporter status, including later preferential access to upcoming test and beta stages.
The payment is used for the continued development of GLOW ACCESS and the platform behind it. The amount paid is non-refundable. There is no later reimbursement, no cancellation with a refund and no credit towards future investments or equity interests.
Glow First Circle is not a financial product. It does not include equity, voting rights, returns, ownership interests or an investment commitment. Features, content, benefits and timelines will continue to evolve together with the First Circle. This will be communicated transparently and openly.
Until rollout, the offer is intended exclusively for B2B customers. Access itself is always assigned to a verified natural person. Booking and invoicing are completed on a business basis, for example through a company, self-employed activity or another professional use by the person making the booking.
