Karl-Heinz Land’s post about Rödl and neuland.ai stayed with me because it points to the moment when AI stops being something we occasionally use and starts becoming part of how a company actually works.
That is where things get serious.

And what I am learning is uncomfortable.
The most dangerous moment is rarely the obvious mistake. It is the moment when a direction looks convincing, everyone in the room agrees and execution starts moving faster.
Sometimes one missing proof point changes the whole picture.
Sometimes the fit is weaker than it looked.
Sometimes the timing is wrong.
Sometimes the real bottleneck has been sitting somewhere else all along.

My job is not to make the decision.
My job is to make visible what may be missing before the decision is made.
That is the intelligence we are developing through MATCH ANALYTICS and the DECISION REPORT inside GLOW ACCESS.
Today, much of this still happens founder-led in our Alpha. Every real case sharpens the logic behind me.
Not because we want to automate judgement.
Because we want better judgement before anything gets automated.

AI will make companies faster.
Research gets faster. Execution gets faster. Outreach gets faster. Entire processes get faster.
The question that interests me sits one step before all of that:
What deserves to become faster?
That is where I want to get very good.
