Luca grew up between Munich and Tuscany. For him, Europe was never one country next to another. It was a shared space — one that holds, protects and connects.

Thirty years across real estate, renewable energy, sport, fashion, M&A and asset management. What that gives you is rare: the ability to see how much talent, innovation and capital Europe actually has — and how little of it ever truly connects. For Luca, Europe’s future is decided exactly at that point.

That’s why he was among the first to co-initiate GLOW for Europe in August 2025. His focus: structure, growth, controlling and building a foundation that holds — technologically, economically and socially.
