want to shape the future.
What is missing is a shared direction.
Too often, Europe reacts instead of shaping.

We connect people, innovation and capital.
We are building the space in which Europe
becomes capable of acting again.
OUR NORTH STAR

We are building a Europe that remains livable for our children.
A Europe that finances, protects and scales its own ideas.
A Europe shaped by its own strength.

Martin Bonner
Founder & Initiator
Martin Bonner grew up between German and Scandinavian cultures – Germany, Finland, Sweden. For him, Europe was never politics, but everyday life: freedom, trust, responsibility.
For two decades, he has been building spaces where ideas can create impact – as a strategist, entrepreneur and founder. He connects markets, people and opportunities, always thinking beyond individual projects: in systems, structures and future visions.
In recent years, Martin has watched Europe’s foundations come under pressure – sovereignty, independence, stability. From this observation, Glow for Europe emerges: a place where people, innovation and capital come together to shape Europe’s future themselves.
Martin believes in progress that holds. In technology that strengthens. In responsibility that is lived. And in a Europe that does not drift – but sets its own course.
Anyone who meets him quickly realizes: he does not comment on Europe. He builds it.

Luca Walter
Co-Initiator
Luca Walter grew up within two European cultures – German and Italian. Parts of his childhood and youth were spent in Tuscany, others in Munich. For him, Europe was never a collection of separate countries, but a shared space that carries, protects and connects.
Early on, he understood how valuable this space is: cohesion, economic stability, a sense of responsibility. Values that only endure if we actively care for them and continue to develop them.
With more than thirty years of international experience in real estate, renewable energy, sports, fashion, M&A and asset management, Luca brings a perspective that has become rare in Europe: he sees how deeply our continent is rich in talent, innovation and capital – and at the same time how little of it is truly brought together. For him, Europe’s future is decided precisely at this point.
That is why Luca has been one of the first initiators of Glow for Europe since August 2025. He supports the development of the movement with a clear focus: structure, growth, controlling and the creation of a solid guiding framework that holds – technologically, economically and socially.
Luca is involved out of personal conviction.
Because he believes Europe’s future should once again lie in European hands. And because he takes the responsibility of his generation seriously: preserving stability, enabling opportunity, shaping the future.
Anyone who gets to know Luca quickly feels: he is one of those who make projects like this possible in the first place – calm, reflective, strategic, profoundly European.
If you feel that Europe can be more than reaction:
Join us in building it. Kick-off 2026. The build-up starts now.

Melik Keller
Early Tech Architect
Melik Keller comes from a world in which technology is not an end in itself, but a tool to make Europe’s future more resilient, more sovereign and more human. His professional foundation lies in software development, artificial intelligence and system architecture – fields he has shaped for years, both practically and strategically.
Before joining Glow for Europe, Melik spent several years at Siemens Energy – in testing, validation, data analysis and research. There, he developed measurement systems, planned instrumentation, led development projects and ensured technical quality in one of Europe’s most complex industrial environments. This experience sharpened his perspective: technology must not remain in the lab – it has to create impact, carry weight and connect.
In parallel, he worked as a technology consultant, founded his own projects and built AI-41 – an initiative that helps companies in Germany and across Europe understand and use AI meaningfully, beyond hype and buzzwords. He advocates for AI strategies built on stability, data sovereignty and European values.
At Glow for Europe, Melik develops the digital architecture: systems that connect ideas, people, knowledge and capital – not as a platform, but as infrastructure for a future-ready Europe. His approach is clear: technology must strengthen Europe, not make it dependent.
He is involved because he believes Europe must shape its technological future itself – with courage, responsibility and a clear compass. And because he is convinced that the most decisive innovations emerge where people, values and technology meet.
Anyone who meets Melik quickly realizes: he doesn’t build tools. He builds possibilities. And he is one of the people without whom the digital foundation of Glow for Europe could not be created.
If you feel that Europe’s future must also be a technological future: Join us in building it. Kick-off 2026. The build-up starts now.

Pia Altsinger
Co-Creation & Future Voices
Pia Altsinger brings an energy into the movement that Glow for Europe truly needs: young perspectives, a clear voice, and a deep understanding of how people and organisations shape the future. Born in Hannover and now based in Hamburg – between urban rhythm and northern clarity – she represents a generation that doesn’t wait for the future to happen, but builds it.
As an expert in change management, organisational development and AI-driven transformation, Pia has guided countless teams through phases of transition. She understands the mechanics of change – structurally, culturally, humanly. And she recognises the fragile moments: when old processes crumble, new possibilities emerge and courage becomes more important than perfection.
At Glow for Europe, Pia takes on a dual role:
She is our first Young Glow Voice – the U30 perspective – and at the same time a co-creator of the emerging structure. She develops the Future Voices format, builds the first hosts for Hamburg and Northern Germany, and supports the community wherever new points of connection arise.
Whether podcast, live session, newsletter or moderation – Pia creates spaces where people dare to take responsibility and speak their future out loud. What drives her is the question of “intergenerational viability”: the world the next generation will grow into, and what we must do today to shape it.
Anyone who meets Pia realises immediately: she doesn’t just give impulses. She gives direction.

Oliver Terheggen
Legal Counsel
Oliver doesn’t think of Europe in abstract terms – he sees it like a tectonic plate that holds because people take responsibility. From this very mindset, he has accompanied Glow for Europe from the first conversations: as a legal sparring partner and someone who names things as they are.
He brings more than 25 years of experience as an independent lawyer – contract law, cooperation models, mediation and conflict resolution, always with a focus on stability and the long view. And he brings a mindset that has become rare in Europe: loyalty, responsibility, realism, and the courage to speak up before things tilt.
His focus at Glow for Europe: legal clarity, structure, fairness – and a clear view on the generation that has carried Europe and continues to carry it: people over 50 who combine experience, purchasing power and a deep sense of responsibility. In our conversation, he put it simply: this generation is not “too old” – it is the foundation. Economically, socially, mentally. Glow for Europe must activate exactly this strength.
Oliver supports the building of Glow for Europe out of personal conviction – because he believes Europe’s future must remain in European hands. Because he understands how fragile independence is. And because he has experienced Europe as a space of freedom, legal reliability and shared responsibility – and wants to preserve it.
Anyone who speaks with Oliver quickly realises: he is one of those without whom this project would not be possible – clear, calm, humorous, challenging when needed, and European to the core. He gives Glow for Europe the legal and human compass a movement in its early phase depends on.

Steffi Gröscho
Co-Creation & Communications
Steffi Gröscho has been guiding organisations into their digital future for many years – always at the intersection of communication, collaboration and culture. Through her network agency perlrot, she helps companies turn intranets, M365, employee apps and AI into more than just tools: into living work environments where people can orient themselves, connect, and grow.
For Glow for Europe, Steffi brings exactly this perspective: she sees transformation not as a technical project but as a question of attitude. She embraces tensions because that’s where real solutions appear – between East and West, analogue and digital, intention and action. Her questions always point to the core: Who are we? What do we stand for? And how do we speak so people want to join?
As a communications strategist and sparring partner, she helps make Glow for Europe linguistically and structurally clear enough that anyone can tell the story forward – as a movement of people who take responsibility: for Germany, for Europe, for an intergenerational future that lasts.
