Glow is non-partisan and independent.

We are guided by European values: rule of law, responsibility, freedom, dignity, democracy.

No corporation, no organization, no external financier.
Glow is a bottom-up movement – initiated by Martin Bonner, carried forward by the First Circle and the community.
